Our children’s art programs are thoughtfully structured by age and skill level. Each stage is designed to support artistic growth, build confidence, and encourage independent thinking through guided practice and creative exploration.

Children’s Art Programs
Early Years Art (Ages 3–5)
Focus: Exploration, Confidence & Motor Skills
At this stage, the emphasis is on participation and sensory exploration rather than producing finished artworks. Children experience art through movement, touch, colour and play, building early creative awareness in a safe and encouraging setting.

- Sensory exploration and creative play

Children’s Art Programs
Foundation Art (Ages 5–8)
Focus: Observation, Imagination & Foundational Skills
Students begin developing essential visual skills through structured yet engaging activities. This stage nurtures curiosity while introducing fundamental drawing and painting techniques.

Intermediate Art (Ages 9–12)
Focus: Skill Development & Personal Expression
Students strengthen their technical abilities while expanding their creative thinking. Greater emphasis is placed on composition, proportion, colour understanding and visual storytelling.

- Composition and colour theory foundations
- Exploration of mixed media
- Developing individual artistic voice

Advanced Art (Ages 12–16)
Focus: Technical Refinement & Independent Practice
At the advanced level, students refine technical skills while cultivating independent artistic practice. Projects become more concept-driven, encouraging deeper exploration of themes, composition and personal style.

Children’s Art Programs
VCE / IB Visual Arts Support Program
Designed for secondary students preparing for VCE or IB Visual Arts, this program provides structured academic guidance and creative mentoring.
Students receive assessment-focused support to meet curriculum requirements while developing confident and independent artistic practice.
