1. General
Participation in any A.M Art Studio School Holiday Workshop or Face Painting Activity constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
2. Age Requirement & Supervision
* Workshops are recommended for children aged 4 years and above.
* Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or legal guardian at all times while participating in the activity.
* A.M Art Studio staff provide activity instruction and guidance only and do not provide childcare services.
* Parents or guardians remain fully responsible for the care, supervision, and behaviour of their children throughout the activity.
3. Registration & Attendance
* Participation is subject to availability.
* Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
* Participants should arrive at least 5 minutes before the scheduled session start time.
* Late arrivals may result in reduced participation time and may not be entitled to additional time.
4. Safety
* All workshop materials used are non-toxic and suitable for children.
* Participants must follow all instructions provided by A.M Art Studio staff.
* Any participant displaying unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behaviour may be asked to leave the activity area.
* A.M Art Studio reserves the right to refuse participation where safety may be compromised.
5. Face Painting
* Face Painting is available for a fee of $10 per child.
* Only cosmetic-grade face paints suitable for children’s skin will be used.
* Parents or guardians must advise staff of any known allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to participation.
* A.M Art Studio accepts no responsibility for allergic reactions where relevant information has not been disclosed.
6. Photography & Marketing
* Photographs and videos may be taken during the event for promotional, marketing, social media, and publicity purposes.
* By participating in the activity, participants consent to the use of such photographs and recordings by A.M Art Studio and the Shopping Centre.
* Parents or guardians who do not wish their child to be photographed must notify A.M Art Studio staff before participation.
7. Personal Property
* Participants are responsible for their own personal belongings.
* A.M Art Studio and the Shopping Centre are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
8. Activity Changes & Cancellation
* A.M Art Studio reserves the right to modify workshop content, session schedules, activity formats, or operating times where required due to operational, safety, or unforeseen circumstances.
* Activities may be cancelled, postponed, or modified without prior notice if necessary.
9. Liability Waiver
* Participation in the activities is at the participant’s own risk.
* To the fullest extent permitted by law, A.M Art Studio, its employees, contractors, agents, and representatives shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, claim, cost, or expense arising from participation in the activities.
* Parents or guardians acknowledge and accept responsibility for the safety and wellbeing of their children while participating.
* The Shopping Centre, its owners, managers, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or claim arising from participation in the activities.
10. Insurance
A.M Art Studio maintains appropriate Public Liability Insurance for the operation of its activities and workshops.
